KNOXVILLE-KNOX COUNTY CAC, EMERGENCY RIDE (E-RIDE) PROGRAM, PO Box 51650, Knoxville, TN 37950-1650, 865.544.7433. People who have sudden emergencies can get an e-ride to and from work. E-ride is emergency related work transportation that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Contact your local welfare office to see if one is available in your area.
